Reducing water consumption…
At our dairy in Normandy, located at the confluence of the Elle and the Vire rivers, water plays an important role, especially in terms of ensuring a high level of food hygiene and safety for our products. That is why we have implemented responsible practices to limit water consumption, attaining a 28% decrease between 2015 and 2023 (in m3 per ton of products manufactured at the dairy in Condé-Sur-Vire).
