In a bowl, beat together the eggs, the pot Elle & Vire® Mon Grec honey, flour, sugar and baking powder.
Mix everything together.
Heat a small oil bath. The oil bath should not be too hot to avoid overcooking the donuts.
Using two teaspoons, form small balls with the donut dough and drop them into the hot oil to cook them. It is also possible to use a piping bag : in this case, cut pieces of dough of about 2 centimeters with scissors and place them in the hot oil.
Once cooked, place the donuts in a bowl of sugar to coat them.
