Melt the dark chocolate and the Elle & Vire® Butter in a double boiler. Mix the eggs, sugar, honey, Elle & Vire® Cream and salt. Then incorporate into melted butter and chocolate. Add the flour, and then add chopped walnuts. Mix well. Grease and add some flour into square moulds and pour the batter into them. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 30-35 min. The middle of the brownies should remain soft and moist. Remove from pan immediately and cool on cooling rack. Cut brownies into slices and sprinkle with chopped pink pralines.
