Recipe STRAWBERRY LAVA TIRAMISU ICE LATTE

Ingredient list
SUBLIME ROSE ICE CREAM TOPPING
10 g cold orange powder
20 g ice cream stabiliser
200 g strawberry ice cream
200 ml Sublime, Cream with Mascarpone
15 ml cane syrup
OPERATION-COLD
165 ml milk
35 ml expresso
2,5 g cold orange powder

The recipe,
step by step

    SUBLIME ROSE ICE CREAM TOPPING

    Combine all the ingredients until liquid, then whip in a KitchenAid® for 5 mins until the volume increases.

    Put into rose mould (50g) and quick-freeze for 20 mins.

    OPERATION-COLD

    Add ice into a glass pour into the milk to 8/10 full.

    Add an ice cream rose on top and then pour the espresso.
