Soften the cream cheese with the milk and the cream then combine withthe chopped pickle. Season.
Toast the burger buns. Cook the beefburgers the length of time required. Add a slice of raclette cheese on top of the beefburger. Brown under a salamander.
Pipe the cream cheese onto the burger bun. Add 2 to 3 pickle slices, a lettuce leaf and then the beefburger. Top with the remaining half of burger bun.
Vegetarian: For a vegetarian burger, replace the beef with a vegetable cake
