For its fourth edition, Elle & Vire Professionnel is partner of the “Trophée des Chefs Ultra-Marins” in Guadeloupe. On this Saturday March 19th, during a 3-hour trial, 8 renowned chefs will show their talents around a theme: "From the sea to the plate".
