Last January 26, at the European Cup in Geneva, the best European pastry chefs had to demonstrate the very best of their creative abilities to be qualified for the world Pastry Cup’s final in 2015. This spectacular show, in line with the other continental selections, which are the Asian Pastry Cup, Latin America Selection and the African Cup Selection, reveals trends and new Pastry Art techniques. This year, the British team of Martin Chiffers, sponsored by Elle & Vire Professionnel, won the first place and therefore qualified for the great contest of 2015! The Elle & Vire Professionnel Team congratulates the winners, Barry Johnson (Rococo Chocolate) and Nicolas Belorgey (Le Cordon Bleu London)!
