Pastry Chef Eric Perez was providing a great pastry training for Maldivian customers at the Hulhule Island Hotel in Male. The chef realized many recipes during his two days of demonstrations like the Kouign-Amann or the Tiramisu. Then, the chef visited our local customers for four days to present them the Elle & Vire Professionnel products.
