Discover the Relais Desserts seminar in Nantes
The members of the association Relais Desserts, that counts 100 of the best pastry chefs in the world, met for 3 days in Nantes, France at one of the members’ home: the talented Vincent Guerlais.
The seminar started with great pomp with a giant snack offered by all the pastry chefs: more than 700 people went to the passage Pommeraye to taste their creations.
After a treasure hunt on the tracks of Jules Verne and the visit of Vincent Guerlais’ shops, it was time for the partners Showroom.
The Chefs of La Maison de la Crème Elle & Vire®, Nicolas Boussin and Maxime Guérin, have impressed the Relais Desserts once again with the quality and the creativity of their tastings.
Even Pierre Hermé, elected Best Pastry Chef in the world, congratulated them warmly!
The next meeting with the Relais Desserts will take place at La Maison de la Crème the next 31st of May and 1st of June, when we will host the West region chaired by Aurélien Trottier for a training course.
