After 2 successful first editions, on the theme of Ice Cream and End of year Pastry, the Chef's Talk event is back for a third round about Gastronomy!
Sébastien Faré, Executive Culinary Chef at La Maison de l'Excellence Savencia, will host this talk with our special guest Chef Julien Royer, Chef of the 3* Odette restaurant in Singapore.
On the agenda, exchanges between our two Chefs on current trends in the Singaporean and French food service markets.
The Chefs will discuss the impact of the health crisis on their business and the solutions implemented to rethink their offers.
Come and discover how Gastronomy is adapting to the current sanitary situation and is rethinking its model.
