Nicolas Boussin, culinary expert at La Maison de la Crème Elle & Vire and Best Craftsman for Pastry in France, was in Indonesia at the beginning of September to promote our product Sublime, Cream with Mascarpone. During a pastry show in the famous Fairmont Hotel in Jakarta, in Indonesia, the chef Nicolas Boussin presented this product to more than 200 local customers on the theme: “Sublime your senses”.

By realizing and sharing many recipes like the Individual Cakes with Orange and Spices Flavor or the Rich Chocolate Yule Log with Sunflower Seed Caramel, Nicolas was able to convince our customers about the quality and the richness of our Sublime cream. The show ended with a cocktail on the beautiful hotel’s rooftop.

A second pastry show was organized few days after in a partner’s school, where 200 customers were also able to benefit of the advices and the expertise of the chef Nicolas Boussin, and to taste the Sublime cream used in delicious recipes.
